Since 1998, your boat's Written Declaration of Conformity (DEC) has been an official document showing that the boat complies with the applicable legislation.
If your boat is less than 10 years old, you can request a duplicate of your boat's Written Declaration of Conformity from us, as follows:

To the attention of the Duplicate Department.
There is a charge for this service: EUR 250 (exVAT). Once we have received the documents and checked them, we will ask you to pay online. Then you will receive the duplicate by email and post.
If your boat is more than 10 years old, you can request an Attestation (instead of a duplicate of the Written Declaration of Conformity) which will include the items mentioned in the DEC.
Our services only keep the original Written Declarations of Conformity for 10 years.
After this 10-year period, only an Attestation will be issued.
